Hugh Treweeke
Director
Hugh has over 28 year’s experience in the financial services industry gained working in and with asset management, trustee, superannuation and custody businesses. Hugh has held senior business leadership positions in the industry focused on driving business growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, leading high performing teams whilst maintaining a strong commercial acumen and balancing risk and compliance obligations. Hugh has held senior positions at Perpetual, State Street, Wellington Management Company and Royal Bank of Canada. In 2021, Hugh set up Treweeke Advisory, a corporate advisory business for the financial services industry. Treweeke Advisory focuses on providing leading insights and support across the asset management value chain.

Philip Hope
Director
An experienced C-suite executive in global investment managers and asset servicing businesses as well as over 15 years in professional services at Partner level (Morse, Deloitte, Ashurst ), Philip has a rich history of advising investment managers, wealth managers and superannuation funds regarding operationally scaling their businesses, reducing operational risk, and improving their cost to income ratio.

Prior to his professional services career, he was International CFO for RBC's asset servicing business, COO at Perpetual Fund Services, CFO and COO for Prudential Fund Management for Asia Pacific and Head of Operations for AMP Asset Management in the UK.
